Watching as a group on Zoom or Google Meet

Zoom Instructions

1. Once you're in the meeting, click the "Share Screen" button on the bottom of your Zoom window. (If you don't have permission to share, ask the host for permissions.)
2. Once you've chosen the screen you want to share, check on the "Optimize for Video Clip" and "Share Sound" boxes. Then click "Share." 

Google Meet Instructions

1. Once you're in the meeting, click the "Present" button on the bottom of the browser window. 
2. Choose "Share a Tab".  
3. On the share window, choose the tab where you have the video queued up, and make sure "Share Tab Audio" is clicked on.
