AOG Live 2025 Schedule
Important dates associated with Priya Parker's upcoming AOG Live program.
Sunday, January 12th at 9am ET: Kickoff!
The program kicks off with your first pre-recorded lesson, access to the course workbook, and your first weekly digest.
Thursday, January 16th at 2pm ET: Your First Live Learning Lab + Community Access
Once you've had a chance to gather questions and feedback from your first lesson, we'll begin the live component of the course with your first Learning Lab with Priya as well as an introduction with login instructions to the community platform.
Live Learning Lab Schedule
We will meet each week for a Live Learning Lab with Priya. These are 60 minute live chats where Priya will respond to your questions, present cases, and cover topics that you are eager to learn more about. All Labs will be recorded and archived on the platform for you to access in case you want to review or couldn't make it live.
January 16th, 2pm ET, Buy-In
Buy-in, whether it be from a co-host, a boss, or a persnickety cousin, is fundamental at all stages of planning and hosting a gathering. Join Priya as she guides a conversation on the key elements to generating buy-in.
January 23th, 2pm ET, Activity Planning
Join Priya and a special surprise guest to dive deeply into the process and mindset behind crafting the perfect activities for your gathering.
January 30th, 2pm ET, Purpose
Your purpose statement is the key to unlocking a meaningful, impactful, and memorable gathering. During this group session Priya will guide you in reviewing your purpose statement to set your gathering up for success.
February 6th, 2pm ET, Open Call
At the halfway point, Priya will address the main topics, challenges, and questions that community members are grappling with.
February 13th, 2pm ET, The Day-Of Part 1
Now that we're deeply into the planning process, you might be experiencing some pre-gathering jitters. This Live Learning Lab will be all about day-of preparation.
February 20th, 2pm ET, The Day-Of Part 2
In part two of this Lab, we will convene the community to support each other in facing your gathering fears.
February 27th, 2pm ET, Last Call
Similar to our open call at the midway point, this Lab will focus on tying up any loose ends - questions, challenges, and topics that the community is dealing with as we come to a close.
